By using the Doyenhub Website you hereby agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they set out our and your legal rights and obligations in relation to services offered by Doyenhub Software Solution
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Doyenhub Software Solution  or its affiliated entity be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials offered on this site. The Client should ensure that data on their site is regularly backed up and that a contingency plan is in place to minimize possible losses as a result of software failure or site access.
You agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation hereto the Website, these Terms of Use, the Agreement(s) or any transactions entered into on or through the Website or the relationship between you and Doyenhub Software Solution Pvt Ltd shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, India and you hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts. Doyenhub reserves the right to change the terms & conditions outlined in this document. The customer will be informed of revisions as and when they are issued.
Refund Policy
Licensee shall pay to us the amount as mentioned on the website from where the order is placed, as one-time, upfront fees in consideration for the licenses and rights granted by us. The License Fee to be paid by Licensee shall be paid upfront at the time of placing the order
We guarantee your protection through our 30 days money back guarantee for all our Software products or component. In case you are dissatisfied with your product before 30 days after the purchase, you are in a position to receive a refund. You can request a refund submitting a request that contains your Transaction ID. 
Please note that we do not provide refunds on installation and customization services and refund processing charge would be deducted at 10%. Please also note that refund requests after 30 days are not accepted.
Refund will not be acknowledged in case of conflict due other third party extension, customized code or coding methodology and standard.
Before purchasing any of our products, the Licensee should read the product details and also check the DEMO very carefully. Only if the Licensee is completely satisfied, the product should be purchased.

Product Purchased based on the feature list mentioned on  Doyenhub  store website. Product cannot be refunded on reason of technical feasibility of customization or not mentioned feature or design. If the product is not working as per the details & DEMO provided and we are unable to resolve the issues, then only the amount received by us will be refunded to the Licensee without any interest, damages etc. whatsoever.
In case the product/ module is not working in Licensee's site, we need the site access details (e.g. FTP info and Database details etc.) to resolve the problem. Also, for solving the issues, FTP and admin login details are mandatory.

All our products are available for download once your payment has been accepted and also verified. In case you are unable to download a product, you are requested to check your payment status via your payment processor interface.
After the purchase, the Licensee will get the complete source code of the module, hence all sales are final. If Licensee has any questions or concerns, please email us or post a ticket in the ticket support system before buying the product. We will be happy to help you and we will ensure that you will be happy with your purchase. 

You are eligible for a 3 months Free support for all paid extensions until you are 100% satisfied. However, we are not responsible for supporting free themes and extensions. However, please note that we do not cover the following services under the 3 month support free option:
  • Compatibility check between Magento and other Software packages.
  • Integration of purchased products
  • Error correction caused during buyer installation
  • Error correction caused during Software upgrade by buyer
  • Modules/themes customization
  • Troubleshooting of product integration
  • Optimization and tuning of Magento performance
  • Consultation with third-party developers
  • Upgrade of product version with different modules or themes
